The Organisation:

SceneOne have been engaged by a dynamic and forward-thinking IT services and consultancy organisation who, due to exceptional growth, are looking for an experienced Software Developer t to be based from their new offices in the Central Belt of Scotland.

The Role: 

You will take a pivotal role in defining and delivering complex bespoke development projects to the highest standard, always with a key focus on adding value and building a strong relationship with the client.

You will be responsible for engaging with clients to gain a full understanding of the business’ needs and designing and delivering solutions which meet these needs. 

You will join an existing team of highly skilled individuals based remotely, and will have the opportunity to build a local team as you progress in the organisation. 

As you will be working closely with clients, flexibility for travel is required and you must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car. 

The Person:

You will have a strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and will be skilled in C#, .Net and SQL.  You will be used to programming in a number of languages and be both confident and passionate about learning new skills.

You will have an analytical mind and enjoy problem solving, able to take a complex problem and break it down to find a solution.  You will also not be satisfied with the simple fix, but want to understand the greater problem and always be interested in going deeper and wider. 

You will also be a confident communicator and will be comfortable with attending and sometimes leading client meetings.
