Our client provides cutting edge science and technology solutions into crucial industries such as defense, intelligence and healthcare, and as such they have built strong teams across their various locations in the UK who are working hard to support vital missions and solve the world’s toughest problems.

Due to the continued success and growth of the ITSM area of the business, they are looking to engage a number of ServiceNow Technical Consultants on a permanent basis to implement ServiceNow solutions to clients across the UK and Ireland, with a flexible home base. 

The Role:  

You will join an existing team of ITSM and ServiceNow Technical Consultants to develop and configure ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements based across the UK and Ireland.

You will be working with both new and existing clients to understand their technical requirements from their ServiceNow solutions and implement these, taking a consultative approach whilst remaining technically hands-on.

You will have an official home-base with around 50% of your time spent on client side around the UK and Ireland, however your travel is fully expensed from your home. 

Role Requirements:

In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced ITSM Technical Consultant with experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • 3+ years’ experience in technical analysis and design of ServiceNow solutions
  • 2+ years’ experience of platform configuration
  • Javascripting skills would be desirable
  • Candidates with advanced experience of implementing other ITSM solutions such as BMC Remedy or HP Service Manager will also be considered
