SceneOne has an exciting opportunity to for Service Management Professional to join a successful Systems Integrator business who manage critical projects and supports a multitude of public organisations that underpin various NHS, Defence, Aviation, Utility and Analytical functions.  As they continue to expand their business they have a need for an experienced Service Manager to join them in delivery service asset and configuration management services to a major government account in Central London.

 

 

As the Service Management Lead within a Global Systems Integrator based onsite in Central London, you will have expertise in areas including Asset and Configuration Management as well as software licence management.

 

Areas you will cover will include:

  • Service Asset, Configuration Management, Licence Process & Procedures
  • Governance and Assurance
  • Service Improvements
  • Manage Escalations
  • Process Training and Awareness
  • Process Performance

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong track record in Service Management
  • Experience with Service Asset & Configuration Management processes & systems
  • CMDB design and implementation experience
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Aptitude to chair and manage governance meetings with senior staff
  • Ability to drive remedial actions and service improvement initiatives
