Our client is a large and vibrant NHS organisation who are looking for a Service Desk Manager to help improve the efficiency of their busy service desk. This is a fantastic opportunity to help save lives.

You will be responsible for a team of analysts who are tasked with:

  • Responding enquiries in line with SLA’s
  • Resolving 1st line issues
  • Escalating to 2nd line support when necessary

Required skills/experience:

  • Proven Service Desk experience within a NHS environment 
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Experience with training staff
