Looking for experienced IT Service Desk Analysts to join a busy NHS Trust based in London. The experienced Analysts will be supporting an IT Service Desk to take on the volume of calls/ incident/ requests and to help up skill other members of the team.

Requirements:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to deal with customers F2F on a regular basis
  • Smart presentation as this is a customer facing team
  • Able to work within a a busy and sometimes pressurised environment
