SceneOne has an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and ground-breaking company leading the way in bringing clinical research into the digital age. 

Our client provides cloud based services to the Healthcare and Data Organisations.

Due to continued growth, we have a requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join their office in Edinburgh or Glasgow.


The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, ensuring that their platform, which runs in a cloud infrastructure, is operating effectively and working closely with the customers to provide guidance, answer questions and resolve any issues. 


You will have:

  • Exposure to ITIL framework and the ability to apply this to your processes
  • Experience of working in small teams that are multidisciplinary and demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to be involved in a broad spectrum of responsibilities and tasks
  • The motivation to improve the customer experience and see issues being solved quickly and efficiently 
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, stakeholders, including third party suppliers and clients
