SceneOne has an exciting opportunity to join a new Global IT client which has been named by LinkedIn as a ‘Top Attractor’ of the best talent in the UK market.  

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Schedule Manager to join my client on a permanent basis in Coventry. The Schedule Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including its logic, structure, reporting, and the Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency log for the Programme across all its phases.


  • Experience in the development, maintenance and control of complex event logic-driven schedules
  • Proven understanding of EVM with experience of establishing and maintaining integrated cost and schedule baselines
  • Excellent working knowledge of and experience with current versions of MS Project
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and recommend solutions for problems/issues
  • Experience implementing and managing best practice approaches to programmatic Risk Management
  • A strong individual who will ensure that best planning practice is always adhered to, even in occasional pressurised situations
  • The candidate must have experience planning and scheduling in complex design and development programmes and be able to understand and work with a technical and skill-diverse team
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
