SceneOne’s client urgently require an experienced Microsoft Azure Architect who is passionate about Microsoft technologies to join their multi award winning Microsoft Capability. They are a Microsoft Partner and have an increasing number of significant UK clients; with whom we are working with to deliver solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

The Role:

You will join an existing team based from the bustling London office who are delivering transformative Cloud solutions and services for key clients across both the private and public sector. 

You will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders building strong relationships, getting buy-in for solutions and deployments, and deliver high quality solutions within the Microsoft Azure Cloud solution portfolio. 

Role Requirements:

In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Azure Cloud Architect with experience and knowledge in the following areas:

Essential:

  • 7 years of commercial experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Azure cloud solutions on a project basis.
  • Experience working at enterprise level with excellent documentation skills
  • Creating, deploying and support multiple environments
  • Agile development principles
  • Hold Microsoft Azure Certifications
  • Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service products (Azure SQL, AppServices etc)
  • Security experience e.g. Checkpoint, Fortigate, Azure NSG, Cisco ASA etc.
  • Citrix Cloud, XenApp and XenDesktop
  • Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
  • Microsoft Identity & Access Management products (Azure AD, ADFS, ADDS etc)
  • Azure Operational & Monitoring Tools
  • Linux and Microsoft virtualisation tools
  • PowerShell, Git, ARM templates, JSON, Bash etc.
  • Design and delivery of High Availability solutions
