Key Activities :
• Designs and develops software in line with quality standards 
• Produces and executes unit tests 
• Identifies and fixes bugs in software 
• Independently solves problems 
• Is able to describe, in written & verbal form, the root cause of issues
• Adheres to change control procedures and processes; identifies scope-creep

Essential Skills:
• Java EE (EC) 
• SOA and integration via an ESB (EC) 
• Spring/Hibernate (EC) 
• Knowledge of implementing rules-based workflow and business processes (preferably JBoss BRMS/Drools) (EC) 
• Knowledge of business process modelling and BPMN (preferably using JBoss jBPM) (EC) 
• Experience of test driven development and continuous integration (EC)
