Due to the continued success and growth of the business, they are looking for experienced IT Business Analyst to join their team based from their office in Leeds.


The Role:

In your role of Business Analyst you will work closely with customers to formulate and implement enterprise-wide business, organisation and information technology strategies.  You will be involved in the process of designing and delivering integrated business and information solutions to support the customer's accomplishment of its business goals.


We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who is passionate about what they do, who can also help shape enterprise-wide business strategies.

You will have:

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a business context
  • Awareness and demonstration of involvement in a software delivery lifecycle
  • Experience of working in both traditional and Agile delivery models as a Business Analyst (use of Themes, Epics, Stories, etc.)
  • Documentation of user stories, 'as is' software flows, 'to be' flows, story boards and high level wire-frames
  • Workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and prioritisation
  • Functional/Non-functional requirements capture
  • Data modelling
  • Broad understanding of technical details
  • Excellent written and verbal communications

It would also be beneficial if you had a level of programming knowledge
