This organisation seeks to bridge the gap between finance and technology, realising that all financial organisations will have to embrace technology as it unfolds in order to stay relevant in the modern world, and they seek to deliver solutions to the financial sector which helps them provide cutting edge technology to all of their customers across the globe.

Due to the continued success and growth of the business and a focused investment into technology, they are looking for an experienced Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team based in Glasgow to help continue to grow and expand their skilled technology team.

The Role:  

You will work with the existing team of highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to attract new talent into the Technology section of the business.  This will involve actively resourcing for IT roles, largely within software development.

You will also be responsible for keeping candidates engaged throughout the hiring process and will ensure that the process is brought to a close as efficiently as possible, managing all expectations throughout.  This will often involve taking an active role in interviews and recruitment events.

You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders of the business in order to gain a clear understanding for their requirements and be able to use thought leadership to set realistic expectations and gain appropriate buy-in. 

You will also be responsible for liaising with 3rd party recruitment organisations, building mutually beneficial relationships and managing your own workload with their support.

Role Requirements:

You will have several years of experience within Recruitment, Resourcing and Talent Acquisition within the IT and Technology space.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working internally within a large corporate organisation. 

You will be skilled at building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and be confident in your ability to self-organise and manage a vast and varying workload with effective prioritisation.
