SceneOne are working on a fantastic opportunity for an Infrastructure Lead to become a key member of their IT clients' growing, hands-on IT design teams delivering multiple concurrent projects to their UK wide client base from their delivery centre in Glasgow.  

As an Infrastructure Lead you will be a hands on senior infrastructure engineer who is fully conversant in the delivery of large scale projects. 

We are looking for a proven track record of technical leadership in the infrastructure areas such as Wintel, Virtualisation, Networking or Storage. 

Skills will include:

  • Proven project experience of integration and delivery of technology solutions.
  • Ability to contribute in the creation of  high level requirements and detailed designs for all solutions; and subsequently lead the build, test, implementation and integration activities.
  • Previously worked with a methodology such as ITIL, or Prince2. 
  • Experience of operating in multidisciplinary environments. 
  • Client facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
