Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an HR Business Partner with a proven senior HR Manager / Business Partner background.  Working at a strategic level, supporting the business objectives through the development and implementation of the people agenda, your role will be to coach leadership to use our people advantage to drive sustainable business growth.

 

The ideal candidate will develop business plans which support HR strategy, Workforce Planning, Talent and Performance management, Engagement, Organisational Design, HR tool-kits, champion HR initiatives, analyse trends and continually identify HR improvement initiatives and implement these improvements.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the development and implementation of business strategy through leadership, coaching and challenging stakeholders to drive commercial performance
  • Lead, develop and coach a team of HR professionals across the region
  • Operating in a broad-based generalist capacity; deliver upon business aligned people strategies to support HR strategy, workforce planning, talent and performance management, employee engagement and organisational design and reward
  • Promote a positive culture through key HR focus areas by partnering with their global SME’s to continually deliver and improve on their Employee Experience framework
  • Play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of major change programmes
  • Work closely with the EMEIA HR Business Partners team and Global HR team to shape the future structure of HR to include the recruitment and on-boarding of new team members
  • Oversee HR service delivery to include the development, innovation and monitoring of performance against key areas such as talent acquisition, development, engagement, workforce planning and compensation
  • Champion company values and behaviours, promoting accountability and appetite for personal success and development

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in related HR position
  • MCIPD or equivalent professional qualification in HR preferred
  • Customer focused and highly skilled influencer
  • Strategic thinker with creative & innovative solution focused experience
  • Flexible and adaptable, demonstrating drive and resilience to get the job done
  • Proactive, pragmatic, self-motivated and credible
  • Able to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels
  • Maintains confidentiality and displays discretion
  • Collaborative leadership style

Reporting & Travel:

  • The position will be based in Newbury and will require up to 30% travel
  • This role will report into the Head of HR for EMEIA
