Role: Cerner Clinical Change Lead

Location: North London

Rate: Negotiable 

Our client is a busy NHS trust undergoing a period of change and transformation. Due to a recent programme there is an opportunity for Clinical Change Lead to join a well-established team. The ideal candidate will be an expert within their clinical domain and have an in-depth knowledge of clinical best practice and use this knowledge and experience within the change management arena.

Required Skills/ Experience

  • Experience with Cerner including planning, implementing, and evaluating large-scale IT implementation 
  • Implementing major change in an Acute setting
  • Experience in healthcare IT
  • Experience with managing enterprise wide clinical systems
  • Ability to work independently and in large delivery teams
  • NHS change and transformation
  • Project or Programme Management 
  • Business process transformation 
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Client engagement
