Our client is a large and vibrant NHS organisation who are looking for a Business Support Analyst to provide support and administration for the Senior Management of ICT.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Diary management of two board members
  • Arrangement  and scheduling of meetings
  • Secretariat to meetings including distributing agendas and actions/minutes and ensuring they are followed up
  • Management of ICTPMO mailbox
  • Email management of CIO mailbox
  • Supporting administration of the Board meetings
  • Delivery of reports and minutes in a timely manner
  • Processing PO’s
  • Prepare and assist in creating and formatting documents, e.g. GE papers, presentations, briefing papers.
  • Manage and action all correspondence responding directly or escalate/flagging to the appropriate person / team for action.
  • Routine office administration in line with company policy: Agresso experience raising and receipting Purchase Orders, ordering stationery, filing, record keeping, data inputting and other administrative tasks.
