My client, a multi-sector science and technology solutions specialist, is looking for a business process engineer to develop business processes required to support and maintain Foundation Services.  The Services will be defined in line with the Project Requirements and ITIL principles.  You will be required to analyse and understand both the customer environment and project goals as well as the specific project requirements to enable you to develop and implement the future state business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed procedural documentation, test cases, derived requirements, presentations, reports and plans
  • Implementing the processes and supporting the team in any improvement activities required
  • Ensuring processes are developed and implemented in line with the overall architecture and all work is performed in accordance with the Project Plan
  • You will provide status reports as required and work as part of the overall project team resolving issues where they arise, using the BP Architect as your first point of escalation 

Requirements:

  • Ideally from a managed services background with experience in cloud hosted and privately hosted environments
  • You must be comfortable speaking to customers and have very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of business process design, modelling and implementation on large technology projects
  • Experience of change management and its application within transformation projects
  • Able to identify and understand business drivers
  • Experience in business performance analysis
  • Experience of developing and implementing processes which align the ITIL principles
  • Experienced workshop facilitator
  • Knowledge of defining and implementing performance metrics.
  • Experienced in developing procedures
  • Experience of Programme testing and integration cycle.
  • Experience of working with customers/suppliers
  • Security Clearance required
