Due to the continued success and growth of the business, they are looking for a Business Process Analyst for a project based in Whiteley.

N.B. Due to the nature of this project the successful candidate must hold an active SC Clearance.

The Business Process Analyst role:

The contract Business Process Analyst role will be responsible for developing the business processes required to support and maintain Foundation Services.  The Services will be defined in line with the Project Requirements and ITIL principles.  You will be required to analyse and understand both the customer environment and project goals as well as the specific project requirements to develop and implement the future state business processes. 

Role Responsibilities of the Business Process Analyst:

  • Responsible for developing detailed procedural documentation, test cases, derived requirements, presentations, reports and plan as required by the project
  • Responsibility for implementing the processes and supporting the team in any improvement activities required
  • Ensuring that processes are developed and implemented in line with the overall architecture and all work is performed in accordance with the Project Plan.  You will provide status reports as required and work as part of the overall project team resolve issues where they arise, using the BP Architect as your first point of escalation 
  • Your passions and experience will help you become a specialist in a particular part of our managed services and add further value to our service offerings. You will be expected to contribute towards technical documentation and provide material to support the Project work or the BAU service teams.

Skills & experience required for the Business Process Analyst role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Business Process Analyst or similar role with an operational mind-set and someone who thrives on working in an active, fast-paced environment. Ideally from a managed services background with experience in cloud hosted and privately hosted environments. You will be self-motivated and be able to multitask in line with project plans and customer SLA’s. You must be comfortable speaking to customers and have very good written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience of business process design, modelling and implementation on large technology projects
  • Experience of change management and its application within transformation projects.
  • Ability to identify and understand business drivers
  • Experience in business performance analysis
  • Experience of developing and implementing processes which align the ITIL principles
  • Experienced workshop facilitator
  • Knowledge of defining and implementing performance metrics.
  • Experienced in developing procedures
  • Experience of Programme testing and integration cycle.
  • Experience of working with customers/suppliers

Holding an active SC Clearance is essential for this role.
