The Organisation

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, international technology solutions organisation who are passionate about innovation and modernisation.  Our client has established a solution which aims to deliver technology cross-sector which will streamline their business processes and increase their exposure within the market. 

Due to planned growth and expansion, we now have the unique opportunity to invite an experienced Business Analyst to join the organisation based from their office in Glasgow.

Role Summary:

You will work closely with organisation’s new and existing clients to understand and map their business processes, complete as-is and to-be documentation, identify risks and gaps in process, creating user stories etc. 

You will then work closely with the Technical team to communicate these processes and transform these using both off the shelf and custom technology. 

Skills Required:

You will have experience in a Business Analysis role within a commercial environment and be familiar working independently and taking ownership of your own workload.

You will be highly skilled in common Business Analysis tools and activities such as process mapping, creating user stories and creating full and comprehensive documentation. 

The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a client-facing role and will be comfortable communicating with stakeholders across all levels of business, building good rapport and guding them through the process.

Finally, it will be advantageous if you have experience working within a Technology team or organisation.
