About SceneOne

SceneOne is a niche IT, Consultancy & Advisory and Healthcare recruitment and executive search organisation supplying resource to some of the biggest names in the UK market. Based from Glasgow and Leeds with new offices planned for London and Ireland, we have been operating for fourteen years. As part of a larger group we have sister companies in the UK and Ireland, with a combined turnover of £30 million.

As an organisation we've done so much more than purely provide 'staffing solutions'. Our progression into the Healthcare Technology market in 2004 saw us develop mutually beneficial partnerships with numerous clients, and also create our very own Management Consultancy, St Vincent’s Health and Public Sector Consulting.

Since then we have been involved in selling software, advisory consulting, for our clients and in 2010 we won an industry recognised award for innovation due to our involvement in the successful implementation of a Health IT solution which saved a patient’s life. In the context of recruitment, this has taken us so much closer to our clients, providing an even better platform to supply.

Ultimately, our success has come from getting close to our clients and blurring the lines between supplier, client, friend and business partner. We enjoy our longstanding relationships on many levels. We are always open to embarking on another journey with organisations that share our values.

Charity

We decided that as we work in healthcare we should use our contacts to raise money for good causes.

Our MD, Paul, jumped out of a plane to raise money for Spina Bifida and Yorkhill childrens charities. We are also aligned with The Beatson cancer charity and Chest, Heart and Stroke charities.

We plan to do events and raise more cash. We also donate some of our staffs core business time to volunteer at the chosen charities.

Type of staff we hire

We have always aimed at creating an atmosphere where consultants are happy in their place of work. It would be ironic for a recruitment consultant to be unhappy in their job... well we think so.
