SceneOne started in April 2000 in a single office with 4 staff. Today we have grown to 3 offices with over 20 staff and 3 directors. We have always aimed at creating an atmosphere where consultants are happy in their place of work. It would be ironic for a recruitment consultant to be unhappy in their job... well we think so.
We recognise that the highest levels of service and professionalism come from employees that are highly satisfied in their workplace. We listen to our staff and try to give them the environment in which they want to work in...within reason.
The staff share the directors vision for the company and we all work towards common goals. We aim to generate a positive atmosphere where colleagues help each other in a team environment.
So, in addition to a challenging career, our consultants enjoy a range of benefits.
Our consultants enjoy a number of performance-related incentives, including a performance recognition award over and above normal pay and commission. Group incentives are also offered, and the whole staff have been awarded a weekend's trip to Amsterdam in return for achieving ambitious overall targets. We are currently all pulling together to earn an all expenses paid skiing holiday to Switzerland.
